Prior to joining HMG, Nadine practiced law in the areas of product liability and mass tort litigation defense, specializing in asbestos defense managing a docket of 32,000 cases in MDL and nationwide. In 2003, Nadine took a break from litigation to create Record Express, LLC, one of Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies of 2014. On a global scale, company services included record retrieval, medical record analysis, medical billing/coding analysis, paramedical exams and document imaging.

As part of her commitment to community service, in 2015 Nadine founded The Good Shepherd’s Place, a non-profit after school program for at risk middle and high school students. The 501(c)(3) organization provides a safe place for teens and pre-teens to go after school where they can get homework help, learn Bible stories, learn STEM skills, and participate in activities such as cooking, wood shop, art, music and gardening. The Good Shepherd’s Place also provides food, school supply and laundry help for the kids and their families.

Nadine has a passion for spending time with her children and grandchildren and for travel, hiking, birding, reading, writing books and screenplays and watching movies.

Nadine is licensed by the State Bar of Ohio and Kentucky, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts of Northern and Southern Ohio.
