Attorney Lisa R. Oropollo has been practicing law for over 25 years, including 20 years as a Trial Attorney with USAA Insurance Company. Ms. Oropollo’s practice has focused primarily on representing clients in negligence cases arising out of products liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, landowner liability, commercial/construction litigation and defense of first party medical claims.
Ms. Oropollo’s experience includes handling cases through all phases of discovery, including extensive deposition work, motion practice, arbitrations and trials. Ms. Oropollo has consistently obtained favorable outcomes in trials, arbitration’s and settlement negotiations. Ms. Oropollo has argued before the Appellate Court of New Jersey on several occasions.
Ms. Oropollo is a licensed Patent attorney, including membership in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and she has done intellectual property work for a Fortune 500 company.
Ms. Oropollo is a graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law, where she also received an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. Ms. Oropollo worked as an intern for Hoffman La-Roche pharmaceutical company while attending Seton Hall University.
Ms. Oropollo has been a long standing member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She has been an appointed member of the Forthright Arbitration Forum Advisory Council.
