HMG Law Firm is very proud to say that one of our very own has been elected into the board of directors for the Coastal Bend Community Foundation for 2020. For those who don’t know, John B. Martinez is a managing partner for the HMG Law Firm. He recently was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Texas and Mensa, and is also Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. Before joining HMG, John spent about five years as a Judge of Nueces County Court At-Law No.3 presiding over criminal misdemeanor and civil cases, probate matters, and mental competency hearings. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Baylor University of School of Law.
The Coastal Bend Community Foundation is a 501c (3) non-profit corporation where their main mission is to improve the quality of life in the Coastal Bend by building community endowment and addressing social educational, environmental, and cultural needs through grants and scholarships. We are very proud of John and excited for the Coastal Bend Community Foundation!
