Emily McDaniel has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2013. She has represented clients in both civil litigation and Social Security disability law. She is passionate about her clients’ causes and is persistent in the pursuit of justice.
Emily earned her Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. She spent her last year of law school studying at Baylor in Waco, Texas. While in law school, Emily participated in a mentor program for high school students and spent her school breaks working in criminal defense. Prior to law school, Emily graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University Galveston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Maritime Studies and minors in English and History.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her young family and working on their farm where they raise bees and cattle.
