Robert “Bobby” Leahey is an attorney who has practicing law since 2011. Bobby graduated from UCLA in 2004 with a B.A. in Philosophy. After a brief career in teaching, he enrolled in the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2010. Subsequently, he passed the Florida and Texas Bar Examinations, and earning a law license in both states in 2011.
As the son of an attorney, Bobby was offered the opportunity to inherit his father’s law firm, but declined the offer and opted to set out on his own path. In 2011, he began a solo practice in Odessa, Texas, with a caseload consisting of primarily criminal defense. In that time, he represented clients in State and Federal courts, with cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to first degree felonies. He is proud to have zealously advocated for every single client to the best of his abilities.
In 2014, Bobby expanded his practice to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he served numerous clients with their legal issues. In 2017, he closed his solo practice and transitioned to Chicago, Illinois, where he contributed to several cases including Multi-District Litigation regarding the opioid crisis, and anti-trust matters in the oil and gas industry.
Bobby has a strong passion for providing superior service to his clients. He has a sincere belief in his personal values, and integrates those into his professional practice. Bobby believes in honesty, integrity, compassion, and diligence. He sees every client as a person, and not just as another name on a file. He strives to know every detail of a case so that he can obtain the best possible result. Bobby makes himself available to his clients at all times and is proud of his devotion to them.
Bobby takes pride in being a loving and caring son, uncle, brother and friend. His friends and family are always on his mind and near his heart.
