HMG has been interested in the Chicago legal scene for almost 10 years now.  What helped launch the expansion to Chicago was hiring and opponent’s attorney, Allan Pixton, who is now managing partner for the HMG Law Firm at the Chicago office.  This will be HMG’s first office located outside of Texas.  The firm projects to hire ten attorneys Chicago based on the need.  HMG Law Firm is very excited about having an office location in Chicago after having a hard-earned national reputation.

Allan Pixton joined Hilliard Martinez Gonzales, LLP as the managing partner of HMG’s new Chicago office in May 2020.  Mr. Paxton is a seasoned product liability, mass tort, and class action litigator with first chair trial experience representing injured plaintiffs in civil rights matters, as well as securing multi-million dollar settlements in plaintiff-side suits on behalf of corporate clients.
